SUMMARY:Transform 2027
DESCRIPTION:Transform is a three-day future of work and people innovation event\, and the 2027 edition runs April 12 to 14 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas under the headline “Lead the Transformation in the Age of AI.” \nWho it is for\nPeople leaders\, HR and talent decision makers\, entrepreneurs\, investors and HR tech founders. Specific passes are aimed at HR leaders who influence buying decisions\, early-stage founders and senior executives. \nWhy go\nThe program combines hands-on workshops\, small-group discussions\, plenary sessions\, roundtables and a large expo\, with more than 150 learning sessions. Transform lists 4\,500 attendees\, 350+ speakers\, 500+ startups and 100+ investors. Speakers named so far include Vicki Walia of Prudential\, Becky Schmitt of PepsiCo\, Kate Gebo of United Airlines\, John Ferguson of Dick’s Sporting Goods and Marina Hong of Bayer. Other features include a VC and PE Talent Partner Summit on April 12 and the Pitch the Future competition on April 14. FastPass sets up vendor meetings\, and Transform reports more than 3\,000 of them. \nTickets and prices\nThe All-Access Pass is $1\,695 (regular price $2\,995) and includes 150+ learning sessions\, kickoff day workshops\, unlimited 1:1 meetings\, breakfast and lunches\, three receptions and an on-demand video library. FastPass is a complimentary ticket for qualified HR leaders who apply. Startup passes are limited to two people per company\, and group pricing is available for teams of six or more. Non-profit\, student and government attendees may qualify for discounted admission. Cancellations with a $75 fee must be made in writing by January 22\, 2027. \nIs it worth going?\nFor an HR leader who is about to choose or replace technology\, the FastPass route is difficult to beat: free entry\, structured vendor meetings and a room full of startups and investors showing where the market is heading. Practitioner speakers from large employers add credibility to the program. Because the expo and the startup scene are so prominent\, leaders looking for deep practitioner content on culture or internal comms may find the balance tilted toward technology. The All-Access Pass at $1\,695 is good value compared with the big research-led conferences\, though the number of vendors means you should plan your schedule. \nGood to know\nDates are April 12 to 14\, 2027\, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas\, 2777 South Las Vegas Boulevard\, Las Vegas\, NV 89109. The event hotel rate is $319 a night plus resort fees and taxes for stays from April 11 to 15\, available until March 18\, 2027 or until the block sells out. Book only through the official link. Transform is in person. \nVisit the official event site
