SUMMARY:TR27 WorldatWork Total Rewards Conference 2027
DESCRIPTION:TR27 is WorldatWork’s flagship conference for rewards\, HR and business professionals\, held at Music City Center in Nashville from Sunday\, April 25 to Wednesday\, April 28\, 2027. \nWho it is for\nTotal rewards\, compensation and benefits professionals\, along with HR and people leaders\, benefits and wellbeing strategists\, workforce and culture innovators\, HR technology and analytics leaders\, and employee experience teams. WorldatWork says it covers people from emerging leaders to the C-suite. \nWhy go\nThe 2027 tagline is Bring Great Work to Life. Content runs across eight learning tracks: rewards\, employee experience\, AI and technology management\, talent management\, leadership and management\, organizational effectiveness\, future of work and personal development. The format is interactive workshops\, hands-on sessions and collaborative discussions rather than a lecture-only program. Speakers have not been announced. \nTickets and prices\nThe individual launch rate is $1\,395\, and WorldatWork notes limited spots at that price. Teams of three or more pay $1\,200 per person\, and teams of five or more receive one extra complimentary registration and an invitation to the VIP Reception. International delegations of three or more are priced the same way. Every ticket includes keynotes\, breakouts\, expo hall access\, breakfast and lunch each day\, evening receptions\, the TR27 app\, the hotel room block rates and selected on-demand recordings. Cancellations are accepted until March 12\, 2027. \nIs it worth going?\nIf compensation\, benefits or recognition sits in your remit\, this is the central annual gathering\, and the team rate makes it easy to send a small group. For employee experience leaders\, the dedicated EX track and the link between pay\, benefits and the day-to-day experience make it useful\, although only part of the program speaks to you. Internal comms leaders who do not work with rewards teams will find less to apply. At $1\,395 it costs less than most of the large research-led conferences\, and the meals and receptions are included. WorldatWork also offers a Convince Your Boss page\, which is useful if you need to make a business case. The lowest rate is described as limited\, so booking earlier rather than later is sensible. \nGood to know\nDates are April 25 to 28\, 2027\, at Music City Center\, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S\, Nashville\, TN 37203. Hotels within walking distance are booked through Expovision\, the official housing partner. For TR27\, WorldatWork opens hotel booking in November 2026\, first for members and later for non-members. WorldatWork has not mentioned a virtual option\, although select recordings are available on demand after the event. \nVisit the official event site

SUMMARY:Workhuman Live 2027
DESCRIPTION:Workhuman Live is Workhuman’s annual conference on recognition\, culture and belonging\, and the 2027 edition runs April 26 to 29 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville. \nWho it is for\nHR professionals\, people leaders\, CHROs and executives who care about recognition\, culture and employee connection. Workhuman expects more than 3\,000 attendees. \nWhy go\nThe 2027 program is built around three themes: Clarity\, Capability and Community. The format is keynotes\, breakout sessions\, hands-on workshops and curated networking\, and Workhuman says the agenda is built by the community. The full agenda is due in January 2027 and 2027 speakers have not been named. Past speakers include Adam Grant\, Brené Brown\, Simon Sinek\, Michelle Obama and Michael C. Bush\, so the main stage has a record of drawing well-known names beyond the HR world. \nTickets and prices\nThe early bird price was $1\,195\, against a full price of $2\,295. Check the official site for the current rate. The ticket covers all content and programming\, breakfast and lunch each day\, the Central Celebration on Wednesday evening and the conference app. Ask Workhuman about rates for students\, government employees and non-profits. \nIs it worth going?\nFor recognition\, culture and belonging\, this is the most focused event on the calendar\, and it costs far less than the big research-led HR conferences. The mix of practitioners and well-known speakers suits HR and EX leaders who want ideas to take back and a strong peer community to talk to. Leaders looking for deep technical sessions on HR systems or compensation design will find more elsewhere. The event has won event-industry awards\, including Gold for best B2B event at the 2025 Muse Awards and EX Awards\, so it is well produced. Read the January agenda before you commit\, because the sessions should fit your priorities as well as the production. \nGood to know\nDates are April 26 to 29\, 2027\, in person at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center\, which Workhuman describes as just minutes from Nashville International Airport. The page does not mention a virtual option or a hotel block. \nVisit the official event site
