About Make Happy

Make Happy delivers LEGO Serious Play team building sessions, using certified facilitators to run bespoke workshops that range from a short conference energiser through to a full-day strategy session.

The method works by having participants build models in LEGO to represent ideas, challenges or goals, then use those models to explain their thinking to the group, which gives quieter team members equal space to contribute alongside those who would otherwise dominate a normal discussion. Sessions are used for team building, strategy days, defining vision, mission and purpose, resolving conflict, and innovation or product design work, and can be run in person or virtually for larger groups.

Facilitators design each session around the specific objective a team or organisation brings, rather than running a fixed, off-the-shelf format. Client feedback quoted on the company's site comes from healthcare, HR and engineering teams who have used the workshops for collaboration and problem-solving.

Make Happy is generally booked as a single facilitated workshop rather than an ongoing programme, though repeat sessions can be arranged for teams working through a longer piece of strategy or change work.
