About BADA Corporate
Beck Academy of Dramatic Art (BADA) brings the principles of professional actor training into the workplace through experiential communication and leadership workshops. Drawing on psychology, behavioural science and our proprietary Beck Emotional Access Technique (BEAT), we help professionals develop greater awareness of how they communicate, respond to pressure and engage with others.
Our workshops move beyond theory, giving participants opportunities to practise new behaviours in real time. We work with organisations to strengthen communication, leadership presence, resilience and behavioural flexibility.
