ADP enterprise HCM
Independent EmEx review. Not a paid listing.
Best for: Employers that see payroll as the core job and want a payroll specialist to run it, as software or as an outsourced service, across many countries.
What it covers
ADP sells several platforms. Lyric HCM is for employers of 1,000+ and multinationals. Workforce Now is the established US platform. iHCM is the UK cloud platform for payroll, HR, talent and time. ADP Global Payroll covers multi-country pay, and ADP states payroll processing in 140+ countries. Across these products buyers can get core HR, UK and US payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, time and scheduling, and analytics. ADP does not sell finance or ERP software.
What it does not do
- Deep employee listening. Employers that run full engagement programmes add a specialist listening tool.
- Large recognition programmes, which usually run in a specialist tool.
- Frontline comms. Employers with deskless staff add an employee app or comms platform.
- Learning content. Buyers normally add a learning platform and content library.
- Full HR case management and finance or ERP. Expect integration work.
- UK benefits administration, which is not published.
- One product everywhere. A multinational may run Lyric, iHCM and Global Payroll at once.
