The Festival of Work sets out to help organizations shape thriving, future-ready workplaces, with a focus on performance and productivity. Recent editions have run sessions across seven stages alongside a large exhibition floor, with past keynotes from Tim Harford, Richard Osman and Professor Alice Roberts. For EX and comms leaders it is a free way to cover a wide range of people-profession topics in two days.
