A New Normal

A New Normal is an equity, diversity and inclusion consultancy working with organisations to build workplaces where people feel valued, respected and able to belong.

The team works on diversity strategy, unconscious bias training and inclusive leadership coaching, alongside practical support for inclusive hiring practices and the development of employee resource groups. Rather than applying a standard template, the consultancy takes time to understand each organisation's culture, strengths and challenges before designing a tailored approach, and clients work directly with the diversity and inclusion specialists themselves rather than being handed off to junior staff.

The team is based across the UK and has worked with organisations internationally, including in the US, India, Australia and across parts of Europe, across sectors such as media, technology, creative industries, charity, pharmaceuticals, education, finance and entertainment.

The consultancy also produces its own research and educational content on diversity and inclusion, including a podcast series exploring representation and stereotypes in film.
