Benefex is a global employee benefits platform bringing benefits administration, discounts, reward and recognition, wellbeing and flexible allowances into one app. It is aimed at employers managing and communicating benefits across countries.

In 2003, Benifex’s Founder and CEO, Matt Macri-Waller, wanted to talk to people about bringing a greater range of benefits into the workplace. What began as a benefits consultancy in the UK soon grew into an official employee benefits provider.

Benefex kept expanding until, in 2011, Matt saw the need for better technology in the workplace. So, we started designing and building OneHub. Now, with the addition of new products and a customer portfolio of some of the world’s biggest companies, we’re more than a tech start-up or a UK benefits consultancy. We’re the platform that powers how the world delivers exceptional employee experiences.
