Build Think Learn, run by MakersLoft Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, designs and facilitates LEGO® Serious Play® workshops for corporate teams, delivered on-site or virtually across India and internationally. The methodology uses hands-on model-building rather than conventional presentations or brainstorming, giving every participant, from frontline staff to senior leadership, a way to contribute to strategic discussions. Applications include leadership alignment sessions, strategy planning, culture co-creation workshops, and exercises to break down silos between departments and functions. The team has facilitated LEGO® Serious Play® sessions for engineering teams at Fabric and LinkedIn to map customer journeys and support strategic decision-making, run a leadership alignment workshop for around 150 HR leaders at Alstom, and worked with Shankara Eye Foundation on interdepartmental collaboration and patient journey mapping. Build Think Learn also designs onboarding experiences for interns and new hires, using the same model-building approach to help new starters engage with an organisation's culture and values from day one.
