Centre for NeuroInclusion

The Centre for NeuroInclusion works with organisations to build workplaces that support employees with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other neurodivergent conditions, treating neurological differences as natural variation rather than deficit. The team includes neurodivergent, registered professionals who bring both personal and professional understanding of neurodiversity to their work with clients. Services span consulting on strategy, policy and organisational development to embed neuroinclusive practice, alongside evidence-based training delivered through online short courses, live webinars and face-to-face workshops, and a video library covering specific neurodiversity topics. The Centre also carries out advocacy work to raise awareness of neurodiversity and challenge unconscious bias, conducts research to inform its training and consulting work, and offers diagnostic and psychometric assessment services. Its training content draws on real-world case studies of neuroinclusion initiatives across different industries and is aimed at HR, D&I and leadership teams looking to make workplace policies, recruitment and day-to-day management more accommodating of neurodivergent employees.
