Change Associates is an organisational change consultancy based in the UK, working with clients across organisation design, leadership and culture, business transformation and change management. The firm combines the process side of change, such as redesigning organisation structures and operating models, with the people side, including leadership development and culture change, aiming to help clients implement technology, process and structural changes in a way that is sustainable rather than purely mechanical.
