Civica Employee Relations

Civica Employee Relations is case management software built for HR and employee relations teams handling workplace investigations, including discrimination, harassment and misconduct cases.

Rather than simply recording information, the platform guides case handlers through the correct process for each case type, using preconfigured, branded templates for correspondence such as letters and emails.

Every case is held in a single secure electronic file, covering correspondence, scanned documents, supporting evidence and audio recordings, with a full audit trail. The system integrates with other HR systems through a REST API to reduce duplicate data entry, gives organisations control over user permissions to protect sensitive information, and provides reporting on case types, team performance and areas for improvement.

It forms part of Civica's wider employee relations suite alongside Civica People Hub HR and Civica Occupational Health, and has been developed over more than 25 years, with clients including Southwark Council using it to manage caseloads across their HR teams.
