Coachello

Coachello is a hybrid coaching platform that combines human coaching from ICF-accredited coaches with AI-powered coaching tools, delivered through Microsoft Teams and Slack.

Human coaching options include one-to-one sessions integrated into wider learning and development programmes and group coaching for teams, while the AI side offers on-demand coaching conversations and interactive AI avatar roleplays that let people practise real workplace scenarios, such as giving feedback or handling a difficult client conversation, before applying them at work.

Programmes are built around a specific audience, such as first-time managers, frontline managers or senior leaders, with progress and engagement tracked through real-time analytics for HR and L&D teams.

Coachello has worked with organisations including Hyland, QONTO and Enedis, the latter using the platform to deliver coaching to a large number of frontline managers through Microsoft Teams, with sessions structured around each organisation's own management competencies.
