Cowry Consulting is a behavioural science consultancy, founded in 2015, whose team includes psychologists, economists and data scientists.

The firm applies behavioural science, nudge theory and AI-driven data analysis to help organisations understand how customers choose and how employees decide, working across touchpoints such as digital journeys, business communications, contact centres and physical spaces.

Alongside its customer experience work, Cowry Consulting applies the same behavioural science approach to employee experience, helping organisations design policies, communications and processes around how people actually behave rather than how they are assumed to behave.

The consultancy operates from offices in London, New York, Singapore, Madrid and Prague, working with clients across around 18 countries. Cowry Consulting has worked with organisations including Amazon, Walmart, HSBC, Tesco, Aegon and Standard Life, applying behavioural science to solve specific business problems rather than offering generic training.
