Culture Consultancy

Culture Consultancy is an organisational culture and effectiveness consultancy founded by Jo Geraghty, working with clients on leadership alignment, team productivity, talent retention, M&A integration, AI adoption and organisational culture change.

Its work follows a three-stage methodology of Insight, Design and Embed: diagnosing an organisation's current culture through its Culture Assessment™ tool, which examines 20 attributes across leadership, management, people and external stakeholders, then co-creating a target culture built around purpose, vision, values and ways of working, before embedding change through its CulturEmbed™ methodology and Team-Based Embedding approach, combining leader upskilling, internal communications and ongoing measurement through pulse surveys and dashboards.

Culture Consultancy was named Consultancy of the Year in 2025, and has worked with organisations including Network Rail, Informa and Pepper Money, supporting leadership teams through cultural change programmes and, in Pepper Money's case, post-merger integration.
