David E Hull-Watters (Inclusion Consultant)

David E Hull-Watters is an independent inclusion and wellbeing consultant, originally trained as a specialist educational needs and trauma-informed educator. His work covers neurodiversity in the workplace, LGBTQ+ awareness and allyship, conscious inclusion, inclusive leadership and recruitment, disability confident practice, and inclusive and accessible language, delivered through training, workshops and public speaking. He is the founder of the Give 'em Hope Campaign, an initiative that collects written and video testimony from people affected by discriminatory labels, and was involved in the legal case brought to the European Court of Human Rights with Equal Love UK that contributed to the change in UK marriage law. He is also writing Never Blend In, a book of LGBTQ+ stories of resilience drawn from a decade of interviews across education, entertainment, law enforcement, medicine and politics. He was named Best Inclusivity Trainer (UK) at the Global Business Insight Awards in 2024 and Best Neuro-Inclusion & Wellbeing Consultant (UK) by Corporate Vision in 2025.
