Diversity McKenzie

Diversity McKenzie is a specialist equality, diversity and inclusion consultancy formed in 1996, working exclusively within EDI and dignity at work rather than as a general HR consultancy. The team, made up of directly employed rather than subcontracted specialists, provides external EDI audits, bespoke in-house training delivered virtually or on-site, and coaching ranging from one-to-one sessions to larger seminars. Its most requested areas currently include Dignity at Work training, covering the duty to prevent sexual harassment at work, and Equality Impact Assessment training. McKenzie works across public and private sectors and has delivered work for organisations including ACAS, Cambridge University, several NHS trusts, Cleveland Police, Manchester City Council, the BBC, the Home Office, the Law Society and Ofgem, and in 2024 was awarded a two-year contract by the National Fire Chiefs Council to deliver Equality Impact Assessment and Dignity at Work training across UK fire and rescue services. Some client relationships have continued for more than 20 years.
