About Eden Fay

I’m an artist, workshop facilitator and certified mindfulness teacher in South Oxfordshire, offering mindful art team building that supports teams in caring for their mental wellbeing.

I specialise in combining mindfulness with art and crafting to support teams in caring for their mental wellbeing.

For me, creativity is an act of self-compassion. My sessions are pressure-free spaces where people are encouraged to create in a way that feels right for them; there is no ‘one size fits all’.

It’s not about what it looks like. It’s about taking time to slow down, play and reconnect.
