Employment Hero is an Australian platform covering payroll, HR, recruitment and employee benefits, aimed mainly at small and mid-sized businesses across industries including healthcare, IT, retail, hospitality, construction and professional services.

Its core software lets employers manage hiring, contracts, payroll and day-to-day HR tasks in one system, with an accompanying app, Employment Hero Work, giving employees access to their pay, leave, career information and benefits.

Alongside its own software, Employment Hero offers HeroForce, an Employer of Record service that takes on the legal employment relationship for businesses hiring staff locally or internationally, handling contracts, payroll and compliance on their behalf.
