Expansive Expressions

Expansive Expressions is a social enterprise founded in 2017 focused on unemployment among neurodivergent and disabled adults, working with a particular focus on late-identified Autistic and ADHD adults. The organisation delivers neuroinclusion accessibility consulting and training to businesses, schools and other organisations, helping leaders develop policies, accommodations and workplace culture tailored to each client rather than applying a single template, and coaching leaders through implementation. Alongside consulting, Expansive Expressions runs a start-up incubator programme that gives neurodivergent and disabled entrepreneurs tools and resources to build their own businesses, and is developing an app intended to help workplaces build accessible, inclusive practices. The organisation is founded and run by a queer, disabled and neurodivergent team, and employs and contracts neurodivergent, disabled, LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC and women experts directly as part of its own operating model. Its consulting work is aimed at organisations wanting to move beyond general awareness towards practical, systemic changes to accessibility and inclusion.
