Freehuman

Freehuman is an independent consultancy run by Kerry Freeman, formerly Head of Culture at NatWest Group, focused on culture change, employee engagement and experience, team effectiveness and learning design.

Freeman works directly with organisations and their teams, using listening and relationship-building to tailor programmes rather than applying a fixed methodology, with an emphasis on long-term strategy over one-off interventions.

Culture change work draws on experience leading large-scale programmes within a major financial services group, while the employee engagement and experience strand covers articulating what an organisation's employee value proposition actually means in practice. Team effectiveness and coaching work draws on the Fearless Organization framework to help build psychologically safe environments where teams can raise concerns and contribute openly.

Freeman also designs and delivers learning content on subjects including engagement, wellbeing and change, and publishes a blog covering culture, feedback and organisational themes.
