Gallagher Employee Experience

Gallagher Employee Experience is the internal communications and employee engagement arm of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, operating from offices across the UK, US and Canada and working in this field for more than 25 years.

Its services include internal communications and engagement strategy, employee benefits and wellbeing communication, and engagement measurement combining surveys, pulse checks and focus groups to build a fuller picture of the employee experience than a single annual survey provides.

A separate HR technology and enrolment team helps clients select and implement benefits and HR technology, pairing systems with the communication needed to help employees actually use them. As part of a larger insurance brokerage and risk management group, Gallagher Employee Experience typically works alongside its parent company's benefits consulting services, giving clients a combined view of reward, benefits and the communications that support them, rather than treating engagement as a standalone project.
