iDiversity Consulting supports employers on disability, neurodiversity and long-term health conditions in the workplace, covering coaching, workplace needs assessments, training and assistive technology.

Workplace Needs Assessments involve working directly with a disabled employee to produce an individual report of recommended adjustments, helping them work productively while supporting an organisation's compliance with the Equality Act. Coaching covers areas such as leadership development, managing teams, building disability confidence and using accessible technology, and includes support for individuals through the government's Access to Work grant scheme.

Disability awareness training helps employers build disability, inclusion and accessibility into their wider diversity and inclusion strategy, and the company also supplies assistive technology solutions suited to a range of disabilities. iDiversity works in partnership with client organisations rather than delivering a single generic package, building action plans and guidance specific to each workplace.
