Inclusivitii

Inclusivitii is a diversity and inclusion consultancy based in Oxford, working with clients across the UK and internationally. Founded by Aduke Onafowokan, the company was set up to help organisations move from stated diversity commitments to measurable change.

Its services include EDI audits and diagnostics to identify where an organisation stands, strategy development to align inclusion goals with wider business objectives, tailored training programmes, and one-to-one coaching for leaders taking on inclusion responsibilities.

Inclusivitii works with health systems, public sector bodies, government agencies, educational institutions, law enforcement and private sector organisations, adapting its programmes to each sector's particular challenges.

The consultancy combines research and evidence-based methods with change management principles, aiming to produce practical, measurable outcomes rather than one-off training sessions, so that inclusion becomes embedded in how an organisation operates day to day rather than treated as a standalone initiative.
