Inspire-works creates extraordinary shared experiences through rhythm.
Since 2002, we’ve been bringing people together through interactive drumming, percussion and music experiences for organisations across the UK and internationally. From a 10-minute conference energiser that transforms hundreds of delegates into one enormous drumming ensemble, to immersive team-building sessions and evidence-informed HealthRHYTHMS wellbeing experiences, everything we do is designed to be inclusive, energising and accessible — no musical experience required.
Our team of professional facilitators and musicians represents cultures and musical traditions from around the world, enabling us to offer experiences including Brazilian samba, West African drumming, Indonesian gamelan, steel pans, body percussion and collaborative drum circles.
We’ve delivered experiences in 27 countries and reached more than one million participants. Our corporate clients include Google, Kellogg’s and LEON, and our team includes professional West End percussionists. Whether the goal is to energise a conference, reconnect a team, support employee wellbeing or simply create a brilliant shared moment, we use rhythm to turn a group of individuals into something that feels like a team.
