We work with groups from 5 up to 50, our sweet spot is 8 to 25. We bring in facilitators, guides and thought leaders depending on what the team actually needs, and build the day or the trip around the problem you're trying to solve rather than a fixed format. Nature, connection and balance are the three pillars behind everything we design.
