Neurodiversity Global

Neurodiversity Global is a UK-based, neurodivergent-led consultancy delivering neurodiversity training, strategic consultancy and coaching for HR, learning and development, DEI and senior leadership teams.

Training runs across four tiers, from a foundational awareness session for all staff, through champion and manager-level training, up to a full-day strategic programme for senior leaders covering organisational design and accountability. Consultancy services include neurodiversity audits, policy and reasonable adjustment framework design, crisis and incident response within 24 to 48 hours, and ongoing strategic advisory support, alongside coaching for neurodivergent employees, managers and executives.

The company's work is structured around what it calls the NEURO framework, a five-phase approach covering navigating an organisation's current position, engagement, upskilling, redesign and optimisation. Neurodiversity Global was founded by Rich Ferriman, who has more than 20 years' experience as an AuDHD and dyslexic professional, alongside Charlie Ferriman.
