Neurodiversity Labs

Neurodiversity Labs is the autism-affirming coaching, consulting and training practice of Bird Sellergren, an autistic coach and doctoral scholar based in San Francisco.

For individuals, it offers 60-minute autism-affirming coaching sessions for autistic adults, teens and their families, taking a collaborative, client-led approach that examines how social, educational, workplace and family systems shape autistic experience, and builds individualised strategies from that understanding.

For organisations, it provides neurodiversity education through talks, presentations, group coaching and hands-on workshops that go beyond basic awareness into practical, neurodiversity-affirming strategies, alongside disability accessibility work covering digital, environmental and interpersonal access, auditing, and accessibility handbook design.

A shorter Rapid Lab format offers a focused 15-minute follow-up consultation for a specific question after a training or coaching session. It suits autistic individuals wanting one-to-one, lived-experience-led coaching, and organisations wanting bespoke, in-depth neurodiversity training or accessibility consulting from a specialist practitioner, rather than a large multi-consultant firm.
