The core workflows cover market pricing of roles and salary ranges, running merit and bonus cycles, building job architecture and levelling frameworks, producing total rewards statements, and generating visual offer letters for candidates. Data is pulled directly from a company's HRIS, ATS and equity management systems into a comp data warehouse, with permission controls so only the right people see sensitive pay information.

An AI agent, built on a company's own compensation data alongside Pave's market intelligence, can help automate tasks such as pricing ranges or running a merit cycle, and connects out to other AI tools via MCP and API where permitted.
