Peppy

Peppy is an employee healthcare benefit delivered through an app, giving staff unlimited access to specialist clinicians across six areas: women's health, men's health, fertility, pregnancy and parenthood, menopause, and neurodiversity.

Support includes one-to-one consultations with specialists such as menopause practitioners, fertility nurses, midwives and lactation consultants, alongside proactive check-ins, weekly live events, structured care pathways, and lifestyle support covering nutrition, fitness and mental wellbeing. Access is free and confidential for employees, and testing and prescribing are available where clinically appropriate.

The service is aimed at conditions that standard health benefits often miss, such as menopause, fertility difficulties and neurodivergent conditions, and the company reports reduced absence and improved retention among users of these services, drawing on client organisations including the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Mott MacDonald, British Airways and Clifford Chance.

Peppy is ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR and HIPAA compliant, and is generally taken on by employers as a company-wide benefit alongside existing health insurance and wellbeing provision, rather than as a replacement for them.
