The Team

The Team is a brand consultancy that helps organisations define and express their brand, culture and employee value proposition at moments of change such as a merger, repositioning or new market launch, working across brand strategy and identity, business transformation, employee experience and brand activation.

Client work spans defining values and internal culture programmes, articulating an employer or partner brand, and building consumer-facing brand identities, drawing on behavioural science alongside conventional brand and design disciplines.

Past projects include creating values and language for Genius Sports, a partner value proposition for TSB, and brand repositioning for IBM Consulting, alongside work for organisations including English Heritage and The Law Society.

The consultancy has operated for more than 40 years, and engagements are typically run as project-based consultancy work with an organisation's marketing, HR or leadership team rather than a retained agency relationship. It suits organisations going through significant change who need their brand, culture or employee proposition rearticulated clearly, rather than a standard advertising or design agency.
