Vault Platform

Vault Platform provides a Speak Up system that lets employees report workplace misconduct such as harassment, bullying, discrimination, fraud and bribery, either individually or, through its GoTogether feature, alongside colleagues raising a related concern together. Reports can be made anonymously through a secure mobile app, and cases then move into a resolution hub where compliance and HR teams can investigate, communicate with the reporter and manage a case through to close, with collaboration across departments where needed. An analytics layer, Integrity Insights, gives organisations a view of patterns across teams, departments and locations, intended to help compliance and ethics teams spot recurring issues before they escalate. Vault Platform was acquired by Diligent in 2025 and now operates as part of Diligent's wider governance, risk and compliance offering. It suits ethics, compliance and HR teams that need a structured reporting and case management system to replace ad hoc reporting routes such as email or line-manager escalation, particularly in larger or multi-site organisations.
