Workvivo

Workvivo is an employee experience platform, now part of Zoom, that brings communication, recognition, community and an intranet together into a single employee app.

Staff can post updates, take part in recognition walls, listen to internal podcasts and follow an activity feed similar to a social network, while HR and comms teams manage announcements and measurement from one place.

Employee Insights, a listening suite, lets organisations monitor and track engagement over time rather than relying only on periodic surveys. Since joining Zoom, Workvivo has added deeper integration with the Zoom client, so staff can join meetings, use Zoom Chat or access Zoom Mail and Calendar directly from within Workvivo.

The platform also connects to other systems already in use, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, BambooHR and ServiceNow. It suits organisations, particularly those already using Zoom, that want a single employee app covering communications, recognition and engagement measurement rather than running several separate tools.
