People First Summit 2026 is the second annual Scottish well-being summit, hosted at NatWest Group headquarters in Edinburgh.
Who it is for
Employer representatives who decide on well-being products, services or technology, including HR and well-being leads. Vendors and consultants can attend only as sponsors.
Why go
The program looks at making well-being a strategic business priority, supporting high performance and building psychologically and socially safe cultures. It also covers engagement, productivity, attracting talent and applied AI. Speakers named so far include Karen Lillie of NatWest, Fiona Hogg of NHS Scotland and Nick Ward of Change Mental Health.
