SHRM has merged three programs into one event with three learning paths. Linkage Leadership Institute covers leadership development for managers and executives, BLUEPRINT for I&D covers business-led inclusion strategy, and Skills Accelerator covers advanced HR skills in AI, analytics, compliance and workforce strategy. Each attendee picks one path, which suits teams who want to send people to different tracks and compare notes afterwards.
