auticon Neuroinclusion Services

auticon offers neuroinclusion services designed to help organisations create workplaces where neurodivergent employees can perform at their best, alongside a separate technology services arm staffed by autistic professionals working in AI, data, software development, quality assurance and cybersecurity.

Neuroinclusion services include one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent employees, managers and teams; neurodiversity training for leaders and staff; self-paced e-learning; a Neurodiversity Inclusion Maturity Assessment that helps organisations understand their current position and identify practical next steps; and advisory services to help embed neuroinclusion into strategy and everyday operations. auticon has been building careers for autistic technologists since 2009 and now operates across 13 countries.
