Autistica Workplace Neurodiversity Training & Consultancy

Autistica is a UK autism research charity that also offers workplace neurodiversity training and consultancy services for employers.

Training sessions are designed to build understanding of neurodivergence among colleagues and give attendees practical strategies for attracting, recruiting and retaining neurodivergent talent, with content tailored to each organisation's needs.

The consultancy service works with organisations to assess current workplace practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop a customised plan for becoming more neuroinclusive. Both services are delivered by a neurodiverse team that includes lived-experience experts alongside researchers, and draw on nine years of evidence-gathering as well as insights from the Neurodiversity Employers Index (NDEI®).

The offering is aimed at HR, D&I and people teams wanting an evidence-based route into supporting neurodivergent employees, rather than a generic diversity training package.
