Be What You See

Be What You See is a discrimination prevention training provider and behaviour change consultancy, with a team whose backgrounds span EDI, education, and the third and commercial sectors.

Training packages cover anti-racism, LGBTQIA+ awareness, neurodiversity awareness and active bystander training, and are delivered both to young people through schools and colleges and to employees through their organisations, alongside bespoke training and consultancy work for individual clients.

Its EDI Champions programme includes a train-the-trainer element, so that participants can go on to lead similar work within their own workplace or community rather than the training remaining a one-off session.

Be What You See has delivered anti-racism training to an EDI Champion cohort at NHS Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh, who reported the sessions as relevant to their work in the health sector.
