beqom Pay Transparency is part of beqom PaySuite, a compensation management platform that helps organisations meet pay equity and pay transparency obligations, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which member states must transpose into national law by June 2026 ahead of reporting cycles expected to begin in 2027.
The platform includes pre-built templates aligned to specific articles of the directive, covering salary range disclosure in job adverts and offers under Article 5, employees' right to request pay information under Article 7, and gender pay gap reporting under Article 8, with templates designed to adapt as individual EU member states finalise their own local requirements.
A Compensation Assistant feature is designed to flag potential pay inequities at the point a pay decision is made, such as a job offer or promotion, rather than only identifying gaps after the fact through retrospective reporting. beqom has discussed its compensation platform implementation with clients including T. Rowe Price.
