Beyond NeuroEquity

Beyond NeuroEquity is run by Claire Murphy, a neurodivergent trainer, consultant and speaker based in Leicester who delivers neurodiversity training and consultancy across England.

Training is grounded in lived experience rather than generic awareness sessions, and is aimed at helping leadership and management teams understand what neurodivergence looks like in practice and what changes it requires in policy and day-to-day management.

Beyond NeuroEquity delivers the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, the government-mandated learning disability and autism training for health and social care staff, alongside bespoke training for other sectors and one-to-one ADHD and autism coaching for adults. Claire Murphy was nominated for the Oliver McGowan Training Award at the National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards for her work delivering this training.

Beyond NeuroEquity has worked with organisations including the NHS, Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council.
