ClearCo (formerly ClearCompany) is a talent management platform covering the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through to onboarding, performance and long-term development.

On the hiring side, the platform combines applicant tracking, candidate evaluation, background checks and onboarding tools so new starters can be brought in with structured, automated workflows rather than manual paperwork.

Once someone joins, ClearCo connects onboarding data with performance management and employee engagement tools, allowing teams to set goals, run feedback and check-in cycles, and collect real-time engagement data.

For longer-term development, the platform includes a learning management system for tracking training and compliance, alongside compensation management tools to support consistent pay and recognition decisions. The platform also includes built-in AI features, such as candidate matching and automated interview summaries, and integrates with other HR systems including ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR and Paylocity.

Clients include SCS Global Services, whose HR team has used ClearCo to connect recruiting, onboarding and performance data.
