Collaborate Consulting

Collaborate Consulting is run by Trystan Reese, a trainer, facilitator and coach, and Jonathan Boland, a licensed clinical social worker and organisational strategist, working with individuals and organisations on identity and belonging, conflict and communication, leadership and culture, and organisational strategy and systems.

Services include trainings and workshops, the Intercultural Development Inventory assessment, keynote presentations, one-to-one coaching, consulting, and strategic planning and board of directors development.

The firm specialises in LGBTQ+ and transgender inclusion, including a Transgender Pregnancy training approved for continuing education credit by the American College of Nurse-Midwives, and Trystan Reese is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, delivering Brené Brown's courage-building framework through workshops and coaching.

Collaborate Consulting is a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise, an HRCI Approved Provider, and a certified Emerging Small Business in Oregon, and has worked with clients including arts organisations, educational institutions, law firms, medical providers, tech firms and tribal nations, among them Maybelline.
