Curious Lighthouse Learning Consultancy is run by Nikie Forster and delivers LEGO® and LEGO® Serious Play® workshops specifically for L&D teams, trainers, facilitators, coaches and educators who want to learn how to use these methods themselves, rather than simply taking part in a one-off team day.
Workshops are delivered in-house and face-to-face across England and Wales, and come in three formats: a one-day workshop covering LEGO® brick activities for discussion starters and topic enhancers, a one-day LEGO® Serious Play® workshop, and a two-day version that adds structured practice and participant-led sessions with feedback.
No prior LEGO® experience or certification is required to attend, and each workshop includes materials, a certificate of participation, and a follow-up one-to-one call to discuss applying the method afterwards.
