Dewpoint Communications

Dewpoint Communications is a boutique internal communications consultancy based in Boston, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Victoria Dew. Its consultants each bring 15 to 20 years of in-house communications leadership experience before joining the firm. Services include internal communication strategy and planning, employee experience and workforce communication, leadership communication and capacity-building for internal comms teams, change and transformation communications, and advisory support for in-house IC and EX functions, along with AI training aimed specifically at internal communications teams. Dewpoint works with clients ranging from large corporates to high-growth start-ups, nonprofits and government organisations across a range of industries, generally brought in either to lead a specific communications project or to build the capability of an existing in-house team. The firm also runs the Greenhouse IC Brain Trust, a community and resource hub for internal communications practitioners.
