Diversita is a family-owned neurodiversity consultancy founded by Marc Crawley, whose son's neurodiversity diagnosis prompted him to set up the business, with his wife Giulia Crawley running day-to-day operations. Its work for organisations includes CPD-accredited neurodiversity awareness training, sessions specifically for people managers, and a neuro-inclusive recruitment practice covering job specifications, application processes and interview design. Diversita also runs a job board connecting neurodivergent candidates with employers, and offers employee support including coaching, outplacement programmes for neurodivergent staff facing redundancy, and guidance on Access to Work and related benefits applications. Marc Crawley also delivers keynote talks and strategic consulting on building a neurodiversity strategy. Separately, Diversita Connect is a free community platform offering webinars, meet-ups and coaching connections for neurodivergent job seekers and employees.
