Diversity in the Boardroom

Diversity in the Boardroom is a DEI consultancy and coaching practice founded by Florence, who moved into coaching and facilitation after more than a decade working in media and advertising. The business works with organisations on diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, alongside workshops aimed either at employees from marginalised groups or at managers seeking to build more inclusive teams. It also offers individual and group coaching, team coaching and facilitation for organisations wanting to support progression into leadership and board-level roles, as well as one-to-one coaching for individuals, particularly women and non-binary people, working towards career and leadership goals. Florence's own background in an industry she describes as diverse at entry level but far less so in senior roles informs the practice's focus on representation at the top of organisations rather than entry-level diversity alone. Services are delivered through a mix of consultancy, coaching, workshops and ad hoc talks depending on a client's needs.
