Enna Global is a neuroinclusion consultancy founded in 2019 and headquartered in London, working with organisations across finance, technology and logistics, among other sectors.

Its services are organised into four areas: training and education, including workshops, structured learning pathways and a neurodiversity champions programme; audits and consultancy, covering a maturity matrix assessment, policy reviews and wider strategy work; support for neurodivergent recruitment through a dedicated jobs board and inclusive hiring guidance; and ongoing support including workplace needs assessments, coaching and an advisory line for employees, managers and HR teams handling day-to-day situations.

Enna's programmes are designed to work across different countries and cultures rather than following a single template, reflecting its work with organisations headquartered in a range of countries. The company positions its approach as combining lived experience of neurodivergence with practical workplace expertise, aiming to help staff work in ways that suit them rather than requiring them to mask their neurodivergent traits.
