H&H Comms

H&H Comms is an internal communications agency based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, led by managing director Cathy, who has worked in the internal communications industry for around two decades.

The agency's team combines creative, strategic and psychological disciplines, including designers, animators, coaches and strategists, and its services cover internal communications and employee engagement campaigns, branding and creative content, executive and behavioural coaching, and research to underpin communications strategy.

H&H also offers PRINT®, a behavioural profiling tool used to help individuals and teams understand what drives their behaviour as part of leadership and team development work. The agency has been named Best UK Agency at an industry awards programme for several consecutive years.

H&H positions its use of AI as a tool to support creative and administrative work rather than to replace the human judgement and storytelling it sees as central to effective internal communications.
