Where To Look Communications is a boutique consultancy run by Kate Isichei, who has more than twenty years' experience in internal communications and employee engagement.

The practice focuses on neurodivergence, working with organisations to recognise strengths such as hyperfocus, pattern recognition and unconventional problem-solving in autistic, ADHD, dyslexic and other neurodivergent colleagues, and to build team structures and leadership behaviour around those strengths rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Services include coaching for managers, a Collaboration for Neurodivergence course, workshops and training, and speaking engagements, delivered as bespoke, cost-effective packages rather than a fixed programme. The consultancy is explicit that it does not provide recruitment or job placement services.
