XL Communications

XL Communications is a boutique employee communications and HR consultancy founded by June Mara, working with enterprise clients, emerging businesses and HR teams since 1985.

The team designs and delivers employee communications and HR solutions intended to build workforce engagement, covering benefits and wellness communication, career pathing, change communications, compensation, diversity and inclusion, employee handbooks, recognition, employee value proposition, onboarding and total rewards.

Services are organised into a suite clients can combine as needed: planning support to align communications with company goals, on-demand internal communications capacity, a custom communications technology platform, original content development, a full end-to-end enterprise programme, and ongoing monitoring of the impact of communications activity.

It suits HR and internal communications teams that lack the in-house capacity or specialist expertise to run a full communications programme themselves, whether that is a one-off project such as an EVP campaign or ongoing support during a period of organisational change.
